Just as he is about to turn 18 in couple of months we will start to transfer to adult providers. Thankfully its only Traditional head migraines now.
Luck would have it. His youngest sister just got dx cvs today, but she is milder than he is but still have landed in the hospital 4 times in the last 2 years. Happy Dx Day Cara.
Update. MAYBE dx date.
Cara had an MRI to rule out other causes and was found to have significant Chiari Malformation Type 1 with Syrinx. She had surgery in December at Mass General and so far, what normally would have triggered her has not both viral and excitement. Time will tell.
So sometimes its NOT CVS... even when it looks like it and family history.
